Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging, unopened and sealed
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions

Refunds

Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned with signs of use, missing parts, or not in original condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received your refund, contact us and we will investigate.
